Warranty & Garment Policy

All products sold by esm.studio are covered by a 14-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching errors, faulty zippers, missing buttons)

• Incorrect items or sizes sent

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper care, washing, or alterations

• Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence

If you believe you’ve received a defective item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

Once verified, we’ll gladly repair, replace, or refund within 14 working days at no additional cost.
