esm.studio accepts eligible returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Our process is structured to protect both the integrity of the system and the experience of the wearer.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Tags, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized, personalized, or altered items
  • Gift cards and e-gift codes
  • Items purchased during promotions or sales may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and shipping address (or a prepaid return label if applicable).
  3. Please pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
  • For all other returns (such as size or preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please note this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at signal@esm.studio with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly by replacing the item or providing a refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Download the esm.studio Return Form
  2. Email the completed form to signal@esm.studio with:
  • Your full name and order code
  • Reason for return
  • Photos verifying item condition
  • Bank account details for refund

Await approval and return shipping instructions.Unapproved returns or returns missing required elements may be rejected.
