esm.studio accepts eligible returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Our process is structured to protect both the integrity of the system and the experience of the wearer.

Eligibility:

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • The original packaging, inserts, and system tag are included and intact

The return request form is completed in full

Exclusions:

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Collector-only, archive, or code-limited pieces
  • Items with removed or tampered system tags
  • Discounted or modified garments
  • Items returned beyond the 14-day window

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued by bank transfer only
  • A valid IBAN or local account number must be submitted with your return request
  • Once the return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 14–21 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Download the esm.studio Return Form
  2. Email the completed form to signal@esm.studio with:
  • Your full name and order code
  • Reason for return
  • Photos verifying item condition
  • Bank account details for refund

Await approval and return shipping instructions.Unapproved returns or returns missing required elements may be rejected.

esm.studio reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet our system’s standards. By entering the system, you agree to operate within its logic.
